Legal Question in Business Law in West Virginia

I have a problem. I live in a trailer park in doddridge county, wv and there is a business being run behind my trailer. They are there early in the mornings and late at night, banging stuff and revving their trucks. It is becoming ridiculous because they were revving their trucks at seven this morning Sunday june 6th. Who would I lodge a complaint if the landlord won't listen?

An attorney will tell you to contact the local police department about violation of noise statutes. They will come out and site the offending party if the noise is too early or too late. Consult with an attorney in your area for specifics or contact your local police department.
