Convicted Habitual traffic offender For DUI

How do I, & what does it take to get driveing privelages reinstated after being convicted habitual traffic offender in the state of Indiana for 3 DUI charges in 5 years? I had no acidents or injured no one.

I want to be reinstated in the state of West Virginia & make my home here!
