tax return orders

My ex ignores all of the court orders concerning our legal agreement except claiming the children on his tax return. When I ask for a copy of his tax return, he refuses. He does not want me to see what he makes and he said that if I took him to court for more child support that he would just apply for disability! Then there would be 0 support. Since he caught a 4th wife with 3 children, and he claims my 3 children AND keeps all of the refund, he is probably getting back all of the support that he pays! What can I do?
