statue of limitations for estate ballte??
How long can my husbands children fight me in court.
My husband left all everything to me in a legal will.
All property was in my name prior to his death. Everything is signed and legal and his estranged kids have held this up in court for almost a year now.
they were each left a small sum of money........they are disputing the validaty of our marriage which is legal.
they have not been able to prove any of their claims but keep it held up in court till they break me they stated how long can they legally do such a thing?

You have not given me enough information. Have they actually filed a civil action to contest the will? If they have, you must have a lawyer representing you.
