Legal Question in Banking Law in Wisconsin
Opening account
Hello,
My question is do I need a Social Security number or tax I.d number of any kind to open an account in the current banking system. I have read that we do not need any form of I.d toopen an account under our present Constitution.
I am also told that the new patriot Act has change that.
Is this true and if so were can I find the change of this constitution law.
