web design / hosting
November 2005, I paid for a website and hosting. I lost the passcode for my site, and the designer will not give me the information unless I pay him to host it for another year. Am I entitled to my passcode that I already paid for?

The answer depends in large part on what the terms of your hosting contract say, and exactly what you have paid for to date. I would need to see your agreement.
