Legal Question in Construction Law in Wisconsin
Do I have a case?
My house has flooded 5x in 3 years, rain/ snow melt off. Everyone I speak with says it it because of the design (english basement). Is the county responsible because they approved the building permit? Is the builder responsible? Or do I have no leg to stand on?
