obtaining credit info

me and my husband filed for a divorce. I just found out that he went online to obtain run a credit check on myself. can he legally do this w. out my concent?

If the on-line system makes him verify that he is YOU (and he doesn't have your permission), then it's illegal, as far as I know. If it's simply a matter of entering your personal info, and he has it, then, to the best of my knowledge, it's legal.
