Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Wisconsin

State To State

My boyfriend has outstanding balances in another state. These charges were incurred while much younger. They are for a mulitude of things, including: underaged drinking, disorderly conduct, etc. The charges are all more than ten years old. Yet the county has contacted him and said that they were going to revolk his license. Now can they revolk it in another state for unpaid balances. And if they only revolk in that state can they still come after him for the money?

Re: State To State

The county can't revoke his license only the Secretary of State. If his license is revoked in another State it could very well (and probably will) be revoked here.

You need to go back and figure everything out. There may be warrants as well.
