Hostile work environment and workplace harassment

My Manager and Superviror treat me like dirt , biff me off, are short with me and don't treat one other person like this. They watch me like a hawk and watch and listen to everything I say and do. I've been in customer service for over 30 years yet they treat me like I don't know a thing and and criticize me the minute I get off the phone or at the very least have some negative comment. I am have become paranoid to say and do anything and am stressed out to the max and cry at my desk and at home on a regular basis because of they way I'm treamed. I have lost all self-esteem as a result. Every time I have a question I'm treated as though I'm a ''bother'' and biffed off or given the cold shoulder as if hurry up and ask another on of your dumb questions. I have already gone to HR about my Manager and Supervisor and told them how I'm treated and how I'm treatd and that no other employee is treated like this. I feel like I'm being discriminated against because of my age (Almost 58 and the rest are in their 20's and early 30's) and I am being harassed for many reasons including my age. I have worked for this company for almost 2 years and was not chosen by my current Manager. She inherited me.

My suggestion is that you contact the Equal Rights Division of the State of Wisconsin and file a complaint, alleging discrimination as a result of your age or any other factors which may be relevant. They will obtain a statement from you and then contact the employer for a response. They will then investigate to see whether they determine that their is probable cause to believe that a discriminatory act has taken place. You are also best to contact an employment attorney to obtain addtional recommendation and advice as to time limitations that might apply to your pursuing a potential claim.
