Legal Question in Family Law in Wisconsin

Can a 17 year old leave her house having only 4 months until her bitrthday?
I am 17 years old, I have only 4 months until I am 18. 3 months ago my parents told me i can move in with my boyfriend because i didnt want to live with them any more. A month later they went to his house and got me because they didnt want me to live with him any more(they didnt have a reason). I dont want to live with my parents and they know I dont, but the only reason they dont let me leave is because they dont want to be responsible for me. I told them we can go to court and they can sign papers so they wont have to be any more (emancipation?). But they dont want to do that either. My question is if I leave my house being that I only have 4 months until my birthday, can they still make me go back to their house if they call the police? or Is there any other way I can leave without them having any say in it?

Until you are an adult, you parents may call the police and have you returned to their home.
