business bankruptcy and divorce

If I file for divorce and my husband has used our property at the bank to get money for the business what will happen in the divorce. He said he doesn't care about the house and I could have it but what do I need to do to protect myself from losing it?

If you file for divorce you can then get a temporary order from the court protecting your assets.
