Legal Question in Family Law in Wisconsin

He wont give me my son

I allowed my son to visit his father an now he wont let my son come home. I live in California and he lives in Wisconsin. He said he filed a paper for me to move back to Wisconsin an that i cant see my son what can i do

Likely you will need to hire a lawyer in Wisconsin to look over your facts and then

bring a legal action to enforce your rights.

There are good laws that favor you, but you have to take advantage of them.

You did not indicate if there are any custody orders in effect or the amount of time your child has been residing in Wisconsin. If there are orders in effect, then you can have them enforced. If not, you immediately - and I mean immediately - need to move to have custody returned to you and you will seek to have the Californai courts determine that California has jurisdiction.
