Legal Question in Family Law in Wisconsin

His options with our 2 kids

My husband left us on May 4,2001 moved back to WI and

had our 2 boys for 2 weeks in WI. He left us for a

younger woman and I'm sure he is trying to get the

boys to go to school in WI so he can use this against

me..I need to know his legal rights and mine as well

being in Ks..He took all the money from property that

was sold and has not sent me a dime to care for boys.

There's alot more involved of course but this is a

start for me...thanks

It would be extremely important to me, in your situation, that an action be filed w/in the State of KS (if that's your residence and the children have been w/u)to establish jurisdiction here, prior to an action being filed in the State of WI by your spouse. Get yourself to legal counsel, asap. . .get an action on file.
