Wannted Divorce

I've been married for 4 years. We got married in state of Wisconsin. We lived together for 6 months and been separated for almost 3.5 years. I live in state of Illinois for last 2 years. I really need to get divorce as soon as possible. How should I get started? What state should I get lawyer from?
