Employee rights under Family Medical Leave

I was terminated from my workplace while taking care of my terminal ill mother. I did have the FML papers signed by her doctor, but my work place denied them. What can I do?

You may have a case against your employer for terminating you but more facts need to be provided, for instance, how many employees the employer has, how long ago this happened and how long you were off. Those are just a few additional answers that are needed.
