My daughter's father was born in the U.S. and was deported under an alias name. How can I get him back in the U.S.?

If he was born in the USA, it makes him a US citizen (with a few exceptions, if for example, he was a son of the diplomats, etc).

If he is a US citizen by birth, he couldn't have been deported. What do you mean "he was deported under an alias"? What alias, why did he use name of an alien, why he agreed to deportation knowing that he is a US citizen? You need to clarify these moments.
