Legal Question in Immigration Law in Wisconsin

EB-2 classifcation

I have a Master's degree in Engineering and looking for a job right now as I'm on optional practical training. Can I file for Green card(EB-2 category) based on having exceptional ability in sciences by requesting a national interest waiver by filling out the form ETA 750b through the department of labor? The USCIS website says that waiver for job requirement can be applied if one meets atleast 3 requirements of the criteria given(Please refer INS website as I couldn't put all the criteria due to lack of limit of characters).I meet 2 of those requirements right now and intend to meet the third one soon.My question is,that is it advisable for me to go ahead and apply under the EB-2 category or is it not advisable since I don't have a job right now?

Re: EB-2 classifcation

In order to determine if one is eligible for the National Interest waiver or the exceptional ability category, I like to do an evaluation that will save time and money in the future. At the same time assist you in the job search porcess, please refer to our services with www.findjobsusa.com

Feel free to contact me on Monday and we can discuss the evaluation process for both options you mentioned.
