Legal Question in Immigration Law in Wisconsin

Process dragging on

We have been in process of change of status for almost 3 years.

INS has not been helpful and our Atty. has been an idiot. Now the INS has insulated themselves with the INFOPASS requirement to see them. Are there any resources to get them to move on or help me to learn more about our case status. Any help is appreciated.
