Hi, im just wondering if there are any options about geting married to an illegal immigrant that came here with J-1 visa not subject to section 212 (E) which expired over a year ago???

Yes, if not subject to 212(e), and married to a US citizen, should be able to apply for adjustment of status (green card).

A spouse of a U.S. Citizen may apply for a green card if he/she entered the country with a visa. You should speak to an immigration attorney to go over the process and determine what options are available.
