Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Wisconsin

What do I do when I have been grossly and relentlessly sexually harassed by my boss and is now holding my pay over my head? I have become so distraught that I am now physically unable to show up, out of shear fear of what will happen? PLEASE HELP!

Call your local EEOC office and file a charge of discrimination. Also call your labor department for your unpaid wages.
