Legal Question in Veterans Law in Wisconsin

Is this considered Veteran discrimination?

My boss continues to bring up my military background as a veteran and retired military wife concerning the way I handle situations on the job. I am a school bus driver and have to handle kids K through 12.

This is a question that could be held as discrimination if it is done in a derogatory fashion and more than likely with disdain for you. Contact a plaintiff lawer in Wisconsin and discuss this with him. Most will give you 30 minutes free of charge. I cannot tell you what this would be since I am not a member of the Wisconsin Bar.

I know in my own personal experience I have had several supervisors who were jealous of my military experience since as young men, they did not serve in Vietnam as did.
