How would I legally enforce the next of kins right to the estate?

File a petition for probate and make a claim. That's one way. There are others. Maybe you should talk to a lawyer.

That depends on what is going on with the estate. Is there a will? If so, where is it? Are there estate debts? What are the estate liabilities? Who are the heirs?
