Hello Sir/Madam,

My name is Pardeep.

i wanna to open a ready made garments shop in haryana.

i want to know if i buy branded clothes from a whole seller, and sale at my clothing shop, its illegal ??

if yes ,

please suggest me a cheapest way to do that..

(please write ans ,, am searching about that from many days)..

Dear Pradeep,

It is perfectly legal. When you buy branded clothes from the wholesaler, you are increasing his sale. There is no rule which prevents and prohibits you from reselling the purchased garments in your ready made garments shop.
