Legal Question in Family Law in India

my sister is married since 2012 .. from last one year her husband started ignoring her. he owns a shop 20 km from home . in early days he used to come home daily but now he comes occasionally . he also stopped giving her money for household jobs . they also got a baby girl before two years . it is assumed that he has affairs with any other girl . plz state any solution .
