Whether a Workman can claim wages arising under section 45 of the building and other construction workers (regulation of service and condition of employment act) under section 15(2) of the payment of wages act?

Yes, a Workman can claim wages arising under Section 45 of the Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Service & Condition of Employment Act), 1996 as per Section 15(2) of the Payment of Wages Act, 1936,
