Legal Question in Family Law in Alabama

Overnight visitors of the opposite sex

I have full custody of my 1 year old daughter. Her father is taking me back to court because he says I have had overnight visitors of the opposite sex at my residence. It is in the papers that Im not to have that. But it doesnt say on there what times he has to leave, it just says no overnight. Now he is trying to get full custody of my daughter. Kepp in mind, the man that was staying at my home is now my husband. Is it possible for him to get full custody because I had someone over late when my (now) husband and I were only dating?

Re: Overnight visitors of the opposite sex

I do not believe it is sufficient to cause a change of custody but it can be used to find you in contempt.
