Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

My ex gf has not allowed me to see my two small children since we broke up 2 weeks ago i understand she doesnt have to let me see them by law yet but im also concerned due to her being with them full time with me having no access due to her having been convicted of child neglect and domestic assault...dont i have a right to intervene?

You could and should file an immediate "Complaint in Paternity". You could also seek emergency temporary orders.
