Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

If a noncustodial parent moved away by choice, does the $300 plane ticket cost factor into determining child support costs? She agrees to pay for ticket due to the voluntary move but refuses to be responsible for any other child support. Additionally, would it be taken into consideration that same $300 ticket would fulfill her visitation for 3 other kids in same city if the ticket cost was also considered in determining child support in their case?

You could and should file a Petition to Modify so that your orders correctly reflect her move, and so that child support can be modified and calculated correctly. It is common for ytrave expenses to be shared equally, or in proportion to each party's income. You can also argue that she should pay 100% of travel since she is the one the moved.

We can certainly help you consider and then pursue your options.
