i was rear ended in an auto accident and i have been doing therapy my bills are over 8000 and i missed work over 3500 dollars from work can i get that from the insurance company plus pain and suffering ?

Typically yes, you should get compensated for your expenses/losses as well as pain and suffering. There is a 2 year statute of limitation for your claim, therefore, if you cannot settle your claim, you must file suit prior to the end of the 2 year period.
