Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arizona

I bought some property from the original land owner who split his parcel into 4 sections. This property has a shared well but I am now informed from the realtor I do not have rights to the well and must apply for them. If this is correct how do I do it.

Sorry to hear about your troubles, but several legal instruments plus local ordinances and state statutes can interplay on your matter. You don't say where the property is located, when you acquired it, either. You should consult with an attorney to assure your rights are properly presented.

Please contact my office via my website at www.CleverLegal.com to discuss your options. Your issue may be time-sensitive and may result in loss of rights if you do not act in time. Thank you.
