Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in California
How do I appeal for SSI? I have a learning disability of ADD, my high school declared me as being "cured" and that I no longer have ADD. But when I went to college and applied for their Disability program their learning disabled specialist diagnosed me as not only having ADD but they has said that I had "significant educational limitations" that are preventing me to achieve further without the proper accomadation. Am I able to win appeal to the SSI by stating this fact?

SSI is a specialized legal topic. It is best if you consultant with an attorney who handles such matter.
