Legal Question in Technology Law in California

digital camera never recieved
i just wanted to ask what i should do
because i took my camera to
compusa to get dust tooken out of
the screen.a couple of weeks later i
checked back to see if it was
ready.they were closing the store
down so they shipped it to fresno to
get it fixed.then they said that the
screen was broken and that we
needed to pay extra for that..i said
that i gave it to them in good
condition.so some lady said that i
was telling the truth.then we called
the compusa service help and they
said that we cannot help me
anymore with my camera.what
should i do now.
