When a credit bureau has recorded an involuntary lien against me for a 13 yr old unpaid hospital bill, can my wages be garnisheed?

If they filed suit against you within 4 years of the bill, got a judgment against you and if the judgment is less than 10 years old or if they renewed it after 10 years then yes.
