Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in California

Can I trust an online company that has the BBB logo? I am researching debt relief companies and really don't want to check on all of them with the BBB. These companies ask for all sorts of personal information just to tell you what they can offer. I've already done that with one company that I finally decided against because I wasn't impressed by what they could offer. I don't know if all the companies get the same lower percentage rates. Don't want to do bankruptcy and am very confused.

I have not heard any good things about "debt relief clinics" and only slander. I do not have personal knowledge concerning any. You may be better off having an attorney review your debts to determine which creditors may actually collect rather than just write them off. Contact me directly.
