Legal Question in Family Law in California

Child support

We have been paying child support for the pass 7 years. Recently she got a job that requires her to travel for 4 days, every week. Do we have to pay for her childcare expenses.

Re: Child support

As a general rule father would be responsible for some portion of the day care expenses mom incures so that she can work. If she is out of town 4 days a week is it possible to modify the custody and visitation time so that she is in father's custody while mom is out of town for work. Even if father has to use day care while he works that should be cheaper than overnight care for the child. It would also reduce the amount of child support that father has to pay.
