Home Debt Responsibility

If a wife does not co-sign on a home loan, but is on the deed; therefore she signed some loan documents (but not as a co-borrower).

Upon forclosure, who is responsible for the debt?

If you name was placed on the deed at the time of the home loan, then you signed the loan agreement. If you signed for the loan your liability is the same as his.
