Noise Ordinance

We have a neighbor who makes a lot of noise with his home theater system, his music, and his dog's crying and barking at all hours of the day and night. We have complained to the on-site manager but at best they are ineffective and really don't want any confrontation. Short of moving out and terminating our lease what else can we do? Thank you.

Send a certified, return receipt letter to the building owner. If that doesn't do the trick, then you can bring suit for nuisance and allowing a nuisance.
