My favorite way is to soak it in water, followed by a quick spray with liquid nitrogen. Then simply bang it against a hard object. Your lease agreement will shatter into pieces.

You can get liquid nitrogen from your local drugstore in the form of wart freezing solution. Note, liquid nitrogen has a temperature of minus 364 degrees F. Only experienced professionals wearing protective eyewear and safety goggles should apply liquid nitrogen as serious injury or blindness could result from improper use.
