what type of action is there in regards to identity theft being jeopardized due to pemise theft of our records at a property leasing firm. Thank you for your assistance.

First make sure you put a fraud report on your credit profile asap. If the prop manager was negligent in allowing your property to be stolen they would be liable for your damages. In potential identity theft situations we typically require the other side to pay for lifetime credit report monitoring.
