Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

Living Trust Amendmendt

Is it possible to add an amendmendt to my Living Trust, restricting who can live in a property I own after my death. They are not listed anywhere in the Living Trust. If so, how do I do it?

In a general sense, it is possible to put such a restriction on the use of the real property owned by a trust.

For a specific opinion regarding your individual circumstances, I suggest that you consult with an experienced family law lawyer. Experience is not expensive, it's priceless!
