Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

Stepfather won't show Son his Mothers Will HELP ME

My Mother passed away in January 05. My Stepfather said there was a will but when I asked to see a copy back in Feb he claimed up is not talking to me the Son or my 2 Sisters, so basically I think he is hiding something from us .

What should be my first action since taking won't work.

My Mom has a 2 million dollar estate in San Diego she worked for all her life but the House was bought jointly some 25 years ago.
