Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

employer is cancelling my benefits

When I first file my claim it was ignored. After pushing my claim I have been written up, my director refuses my doctors time off slips so I am not able to receive my long term short term benefits, and I have been ordered back to work against against doctors orders. I have been refused treatment which was suggested by a QME and an AME. I have just receive a letter stating my primary benefits will be cancelled in February. I work for the government and am having loads of trouble seeking help in my area.
