Re: Forced to court???

If you fail to respond to a court subpoena you run the risk of a bench warrant being issued under which you could be arrested and punished for contempt of court. It is best to show up when directed to do so.

You may claim the right not to testify under the 5th Amendment only if you may incriminate yourself. You may not refuse to testify because you don't want to be involved or because your testimony may incriminate someone else.
