Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado
my daughter was in a department store with her friend and the friend tried to steal a necklace and a ring (costume jewelry) the department store took both of them to the back and searched them, my daughter took nothing but they charged her with theft and contuity. The friend had the merchandise in her purse. What should my daughter do?
