Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Colorado

I worked at a place that my boss was the Owner. He was a very respected man. When I started working there I started seeing him Grab himself and talk to the other lady about her breasts. He was also always talking about sex. It would make me feel real uncomfortable.

He never really acted sexually toward me but I was present when he did these things. I got tired of always having to hear and see these things that I finally quit my job. Please help me with what I should do about this matter.

Based on what you say, there is sexual harassment, but there may not be any damages. We could file a complaint with the EEOC and CCRC and at least the boss and the government would be put on notice as to what he is doing. In addition, they may recommend that he pay you some money.
