who has the right to press charges?
I called a cat shelter and got into a
fight with the lady who answered. I
left a rude msg on her answering
machine because she hung up on me
and got arrested for harrassment and
disorderly conduct because she
personally filed a complaint. Can she
press charges or does the shelter
have to seeing as that's the number
I was calling? Could this be
dismissed in court because she is
personally pursuing me?
