Legal Question in Criminal Law in Connecticut

sale of tobacco to minor in CT

Hi, I work at a full service gas station in CT and two weeks ago, my boss told me that the state ran a tobacco sting on our gas station on my shift and a minor was sold cigarettes. But I received no ticket and we got the letter two weeks after the event. I told my boss that I didn't sell to the kid and didn't get a ticket. So he is fighting the state over the accusation. Then last week they sent over a description of the person who sold them and it doesn't match me. They described a 6'1'' 275lbs white male with black hair and brown eyes, while I am 5'11'' 260lbs brown hair and green eyes. Our records show that the brand of cigarettes sold to the kid weren't sold at all that week end and the state got the price wrong. So what I'm asking is do I have anything to worry about? Please e-mail me back.
