child custody

i filed for divorce in april and on my complaint i put joint custody but want full now. can i change it??? we are in the beginning stages now.

Yes, all you have to do is amend your complaint and ask for sole custody. Depending on where you are in the early stages, you may have to file a motion seeking permission to amend the complaint. Courts grant this freely.
