child support

Am I obligated to pay the full child support amount when my ex-wife and I have a verbal agreement that states it isn't necessary?

Re: child support

As long as there is a court order requiring you to do so then you must. If you both agree, then file a motion to make the agreement a court order. If you need help, you can email me at [email protected].
